Laser cutting
The saying ‘strong as steel’ probably sounds familiar. Our laser cutters go that step further, because they’re stronger than steel. The lasers in our factory actually cut straight through inox, aluminium and steel. And they do this 24 hours a day.
Why laser cutting?
There are various reasons why we use laser cutting. First and foremost because a laser can cut through various materials without problem:
- Aluminium to a thickness of 10 mm
- Inox up to 15 mm thick
- Steel up to some 20 mm thick
And last but not least: our innovative high-end Trumpf lasers can cut 24 hours a day. This means we can keep our production running day and night, ensuring rapid and on time delivery.
Quality is a high priority
All of our parts are subject to an internal quality check, before they leave our warehouse. This means that our quality level is below 200 PPM; an exceptional result!
The quality of our products and processes was also rewarded with an ISO certificate.
